By using SeeFor you agree to these terms.

1. The service

SeeFor provides AI-assisted travel plans, flight/hotel/ticket options and maps. Plans are suggestions; opening hours, timetables and prices change. Verifying critical details (flight times, museum closing days, visas) before you travel is your responsibility.

2. Bookings and payments

Flights, hotels and tickets are purchased on third-party providers' sites. SeeFor is not the seller; cancellations, refunds and changes follow that provider's terms. SeeFor may earn an affiliate commission on some links; this never changes the price you pay.

3. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts that abuse the service (automated requests, reverse engineering, attempts to access others' data) may be closed.

4. Content

Plans you create are yours. Plans you make public are visible to other users in Explore and, on seefor.app, to anyone who opens the link (including people without an account), and may be listed by search engines in the future; you can change their visibility at any time. Place names, photos and map data are subject to their providers' licences (Google, Esri, OpenStreetMap contributors).

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SeeFor is not liable for missed flights, closed venues, price differences or damages arising from third-party services.

6. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify you in the app of material changes. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
